Gemma has worked within the property industry for 11 years ranging from Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Administrator, Property Manager, Accounts Manager and now handles our Business Development & Marketing.
Gemma started working for Patricia Shepherd Letting & Management in June 2014 and helped plan the move to our new offices in February 2015.
She gained her ARLA qualifications in November 2015 and in February 2015 sat the ARLA course ‘Residential Letting & Client Accounting’ and passed her Guild Property Qualification in September 2021. Gemma runs her department with great precision ensuring that all day to day rent accounts and client accounting is up to date and handled within ARLA guidelines
Gemma receives and makes all rent and payments through our unique software system, handles overseas landlord tax affairs and is always on hand to help our clients with their rental accounts.
Gemma is polite and courteous yet extremely professional and diligent in everything she does, she also shows a keen interest in our marketing and advertising.
Gemma is 29, lives with her partner Matt and her one-year-old daughter Olivia. Her hobbies include cooking, DIY, and interior design.
