 At present, there are no mandatory regulations of letting and property management agents in the UK.

It provides peace of mind and safety to our clients that we are operating with the skills, knowledge and experience to properly commit to looking after their investment.

The most important qualification to look for is ARLA. Our staff are ARLA qualified and Martin is actually a fellow of MARLA (FARLA).

ARLA offer a Client Money Protection Scheme meaning your money is protected. This provides peace of mind for tenants and landlords.

We’re big believers that this should be compulsory for all agents but sadly at the moment it isn’t.

ARLA also provides us with expert legal advice if needed. Whenever we’ve had to call on this service in the past it’s really helped our clients and ensured everyone is treated fairly and legally.
