Appointments to view will be arranged and carried out
If tenants are accepted, we take up all necessary references, where applicable, i.e. employers, previous landlord and full credit reference. We use Legal for Landlords to undertake these references with reassurance that they are the market leaders in background checking. To us referencing is the most important part of the service giving both us and the landlord peace of mind.
We arrange and provide an inventory
We will also organise and provide a extensively detailed photographic inventory check in / out with an independent inventory clerk.
A deposit equal to 1.5 months’ rent is taken
This covers any damages and cleaning at the end of the tenancy. The deposit is posted with the relevant Tenancy Deposit Scheme for protection.
We liaise with utility companies
(i.e. water, council tax, electricity and gas), take meter readings and advise them of the transfer of service contracts to the Tenant at the outset of the tenancy and when tenants vacate.
