Martin is the Manager and a Partner of ‘Patricia Shepherd Letting & Management’ and set up the company back in 1997 with his parents.
He is the only locally based independent agent to have achieved the honour of fellowship status to ARLA. This means that our clients can rest assured that their property is being looked after by people that have the knowledge and credentials within our specific field of expertise.
With 24 years experience in the lettings industry, Martin has fined tuned the company to provide a service that is second to none.
Martin makes sure that all departments are run to the highest level of customer service giving our clients peace of mind and the assurance that their investment is being looked after with the highest level of care.
Martin is friendly, loyal and yet extremely professional. He is committed and focused for both business and personal reasons to driving his business forward.
Having lived in Sutton all his life he has extensive local knowledge and experience which proves to be invaluable. Martin is 45 years old and lives with his wife Suzanne and their 3 children – 2 boys and 1 girl who attend schools locally.
Gemma has worked within the property industry for 12 years ranging from Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Administrator, Property Manager, Accounts Manager and is now our Lettings Manager.
Gemma started working for Patricia Shepherd Letting & Management in June 2014 and helped plan the move to our new offices in February 2015.
She gained her ARLA qualifications in November 2015 and in February 2015 sat the ARLA course ‘Residential Letting & Client Accounting’ and passed her Guild Property Qualification in September 2021. Gemma runs her department with great precision and dedication, ensuring all legislation is met and how the business can grow.
Gemma is polite and courteous yet extremely professional and diligent in everything she does.
Gemma is 30, lives with her partner Matt and her three-year-old daughter Olivia. Her hobbies include cooking, DIY, and interior design.
Thomas is our Senior Lettings Negotiator and Progressor.
Thomas brings new and existing properties to market and is always eager to let them as quickly as possible to the perfect tenant. Along with marketing and viewings, Thomas also carries out all background checks on tenants making sure they pass referencing at the highest standard.
He also carries out property inspections which help ensure all landlords investments are well cared for and providing all landlords with a full detailed report following the inspection. The inspections also benefit the tenants as it makes sure that we uphold our duty of care to them while in situ.
Thomas has one sister and one brother and is a keen footballer and keep fit enthusiast.
Hannah is a digital expert who excels at social media management and content creation. She is the marketing specialist for Patricia Shepherd and utilizes her marketing know-how to enhance audience engagement and reach. Hannah’s love for technology and artistic flair allows her to provide outstanding results. Hannah finds joy in outdoor activities such as swimming in the sea, hiking, and embracing nature when she’s not working.
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the industry, including from Negotiator to Lettings Manager, Lisa has honed her skills in property management and tenant relations to perfection. Her journey through various parts of Surrey has granted her a wealth of knowledge in the area and local rental property market.
She is a diligent property manager, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our portfolio, promising peace of mind to both landlords and tenants.
On a personal note, Lisa takes great pride in her role as a mother of three sons and two granddaughters, relishing the joys of family life. She is also deeply passionate about horses and equine sports and loves music.
