security deposit

A security deposit equal to 1.5 month’s rent is paid and registered with a relevant Deposit Scheme (The Dispute Service) and is retuned (less any agreed charges) after the final check out. For more information on this, please visit www.thedisputeservice.co.uk

holding deposit

To take a property off the market, a holding deposit of £500 is required whilst we undertake the above checks. This is then put towards the first month’s rent. If a tenant withdraws from renting the property or gives false information to support their application, this deposit is non-refundable. If a tenant fails the above checks, an administration fee of £240 is charged and deducted from this deposit.
